Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will go out the next business day.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on where you’re located and how big your order is.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with tracking! We'll email your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

After your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If you experience delays or a lost package, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number.
